Due to our flexible schedule and our competitive prices, it is not possible to give a refund after the date you register. If for any major reason the students cannot attend the group class they registered for, they have the possibility to transfer credits to another class in the same level (if the school offers such class). Group classes may not be canceled: they can be rescheduled if all students agree in a different time. If the teacher cannot make to the class for any major reason, the class will be rescheduled on another day convenient for all students.
Twenty-four hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel a private class, otherwise full payment of the class will be charged.
